Tips to get self drive car rental India

A lot of us have the desire of driving new vehicles, something those high end luxury vehicles.
What can be done to make this desire of yours come true? How about introducing yourself to the concept of Self Drive Car rental in India? This is definitely the most practical as well as the stylish method of getting a car on hire and driving it.

You simply need to call up a company providing Self Drive Car India, tell them about your requirements and then based on your requirements they’ll come up with suggestions. On the basis of these suggestions, you can pick a car for yourself. Take note that the car that you choose must be able to serve the purpose for which you are hiring it. For instance, if you are travelling with a family of 6 for a vacation to a far off place, a mid-sized car like Swift may not be appropriate. When going on the vacation, you must opt for a car that will not only be able to comfortably accommodate you and the people travelling with you but must also be able to accommodate your luggage well. On the other hand, if you are riding solo, a small car like Nano may also be sufficient.

Now, irrespective of the car that you choose for yourself, you have an equal and shared responsibility towards it. There are some important rules that you must always keep in mind, whenever you wish to have a car on self drive.

First, when you approach a car company for getting a self drive car on rent, the company would wish to know how good a driver are you. Take note, if you do not have a proper license no company would give you their car on rent for self drive. In that case, you can either hire a car with driver or register someone else as a driver.

Second, once you have got the car in your hands, you cannot be careless with it. Take a strict note of the speed limit at which you are traveling. If you are travelling in a rented car, you have to be doubly cautious. As a responsible and dependable citizen of India, you must always keep the speed limit between 40-60 when driving on busy roads and 80-100 when driving on clean highways.

Lastly, the car that you hire must be returned back to the car company on the promised date. It must be returned in the same condition as you took the car.
